General Update Since my reference to London Borough of Barking and Dagenham (LBBD) becoming the first pilot user of the MaPS Debt Support Tool, I have had some good dialogue with Manu (InBest AI), Lou Yates (Trustfolio) and Simon Lowe (CSA Tutor) around progress with this authority and others around best practices in debt recovery, IVA voting and debt advice, respectively.
