Open to CSA members and non-members\, it brings together professionals from across the collections and wider credit industry to discuss the most pressing issues faced by firms and their customers and stakeholders. \nThe 2023 will return to the Radisson Blu Manchester Airport and will include a packed programme included high profile keynote presentations on future trends\, and breakout sessions (sponsored by Lowell) on hot topics from people and performance\, to regulation and compliance\, and commercial and business innovation. \nThe event will also feature an interactive exhibition\, showcasing the latest industry innovations\, and the return of the UKCCC Gala Dinner where the CSA Awards will recognise the dedication and commitment shown by firms\, teams\, and individuals working in our industry. \nUKCCC was named Conference of the Year at the TAF Best Practice Awards 2017.
