What: Webio are a customer engagement technology company. Their product enables 2 way chat with customers, and in particular 2 way mobile centered chat.
This has been particularly effective in driving additional cusomter contact.
Their product covers SMS, Whatsapp and a host of other chat channels. Recently they have been working with chat bots and automation integration to allow agent contacts to be concentrated on value add direct customer contact.
