Who: Chris Fitch

What: Dr Christopher Fitch is a leading expert in Vulnerability, also working as vulnerability lead at the Money Advice Trust and a Research Fellow at the University of Bristol’s Personal Finance Research Centre.

With a PhD from King’s College London, he has led award-winning research, training, and policy work on vulnerability since 2007.

He has improved practice across 350+ firms and 35,000+ staff, co-created tools like TEXAS and BRUCE, and co-founded the Vulnerability Academy. His background includes senior roles in mental health policy and international public health research.
