Who: Dr Ali Goode
What: Dr Alastair Goode is a cognitive scientist with a PhD in Cognitive Science and Consumer Behaviour from the University of Sussex.
He specialises in media effectiveness, focusing on how people experience virtual reality, augmented reality and the Metaverse, and uses those environments to close the ‘say–do’ gap in consumer research.
With more than 30 years’ experience applying behavioural economics, he originated implicit testing for media and won Media Week’s Trade Body Research Award for the ‘Earning Attention’ study.
