Companies Reevaluating Rapid Growth and Hiring

However, as the year progressed, some companies realized they had over-hired and grown too rapidly compared to their plans. This year, there has been an adjustment phase, with companies recognizing the need to reassess their workforce. Some acknowledged that they had hired too quickly and without enough consideration, leading to a rebound effect where cost-cutting measures and workforce reductions are being implemented to address the situation.
